I have been living in this community for a couple of months only and had to reach out to the maintenance team several times. They have always responded in a timely fashion and fixed all the issues. Jonathan and his team are professional, respectful and cleanup after finishing their work.

I had power outage in my unit. Jonathan Vargas was quick to respond to fix the issue and he was helpful enough to send timely updates. He also installed power back for the refrigerator when the issue was still worked on. Power is back now and I hope the stove will also be replaced soon. Thanks Jonathan

I have been living in this community about 6 month now, I want to thank the maintenance team especially Jonathan for good communication, follow up with the issues and scheduling the vendors making sure the job site is clean . Jonathan was very responsive and on time. Job was done accordingly to the plan that it was promised. I highly appreciate it.

Stephanie is super quick and just simply amazing. Very quick to respond and easy to work with. She guided us pretty well throughout the process and kept us informed at all times about all the steps for leasing. Would like to thank Eaves and Stephanie for our making move-in experience ever so enjoyable.

I have been living in this community around 6 months now, I want to thank the maintenance team especially, Jonathan, exhibited a level of expertise and professionalism that truly set him apart. In addition to his technical skills, Jonathan was respectful of our space. He maintained a tidy work area and cleaned up thoroughly once the job was complete. It's refreshing to find someone who not only excels in their craft but also values and respects the homes they work in.

Shoutout to Jonathan Vargas - Maintenance tech who came out in the middle of the night, and during the rain, to clear a false fire alarm that kept going off and disturbing the entire building. Jonathan stayed there clearing the alarm until he was able to turn it off for the night. Eaves Maintenance team please recognize Jonathan for his quick action.
